Fade discoloration, gently.

Brightening without hydroquinone
Tranexamic acid works on pigmentation two ways — inhibiting tyrosinase, the enzyme that starts melanin production, and damping the Prostaglandin E2 response that drives UV-induced pigment.
Alongside it, a stable lipid-soluble vitamin C slows melanogenesis, niacinamide reduces unwanted pigmentation, and Biosome™ bio-signals calm the inflammation that keeps discoloration coming back.
No hydroquinone, and safe across all Fitzpatrick types.
Four months
These results combine four in-office brightening microneedling treatments over four months with daily use of Brightener at home. The cream is designed to work alongside professional treatment — see in-studio treatments.

How to apply
Apply 1–2 pumps to your fingertips and massage into face, neck, chest or other affected areas. Let it absorb fully before applying anything else.
May be applied twice daily. Use it alongside sun protection, and avoid unnecessary direct sun — without that, you are treating pigment while creating more of it.
Can be used daily with any other AnteAGE MD® products.
